A. Lieferzeiten
Lieferzeiten sind kalkulierbar:
Versandbereitschaft + Paketlaufzeit = Lieferzeit

auf Anfrage - versandbereit in 3-5 Werktagen
ausverkauft - kann momentan nicht geliefert werden

Wir bieten keine "Same-Day" Lieferungen an.

Nach der Auftragsbestätigung und erfolgreichem Zahlungseingang wird dein Paket laut Versandbereitschaft zusammengestellt und versendet, außer wenn es bei dem Produkt anders gekennzeichnet ist (zbs. Auf Anfrage Produkte in 3-5 Werktagen). Wir kontaktieren dich, falls es zur Verzögerung/Änderung kommt.

Die Frist für die Bearbeitung und Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag.

Es gibt kein Geschäftslokal hier oder woanders! Bei Fourpegsbmx läuft alles online.

3.) Komplettrad Versand und Subrosa Street Rail Versand können wir nach den folgenden Ländern anbieten (mit den oben genannten Paketlaufzeiten):

4.) Non EU Länder:

Für NICHT-EU-Kunden (EU-Kunden sind nicht betroffen):
Fourpegsbmx ist nicht verantwortlich für Einfuhrsteuern, Zölle oder Kosten, die anfallen, damit der Artikel in Ihrem Land ankommt. Diese liegen in der Verantwortung des Käufers. Wir versenden geliefert unverzollt (DDU), was bedeutet, dass Fourpegsbmx nicht für Einfuhrkosten wie Mehrwertsteuer, Zölle und Clearinggebühren haftet. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Behörde, welche Gebühren anfallen können.

Bitte planen Sie diese Kosten bei der Bestellung ein. Fourpegsbmx wird den vollen Bestellwert ausnahmslos auf der Verpackung angeben.

Für den Fall, dass Sie Ihre Bestellung aufgeben und diese an Fourpegsbmx zurücktransportiert werden muss, werden alle zusätzlichen Kosten (Versandkosten usw.) in Rechnung gestellt.) werden von dem Betrag abgezogen, den Sie für Ihre Bestellung bezahlt haben.

Bei Lieferungen in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union können im Einzelfall weitere Kosten anfallen, die der Verkäufer nicht zu vertreten hat und die vom Kunden zu tragen sind. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Kosten für die Geldübermittlung durch Kreditinstitute (z.B. Überweisungsgebühren, Wechselkursgebühren) oder einfuhrrechtliche Abgaben bzw. Steuern (z.B. Zölle). Solche Kosten können in Bezug auf die Geldübermittlung auch dann anfallen, wenn die Lieferung nicht in ein Land außerhalb der Europäischen Union erfolgt, der Kunde die Zahlung aber von einem Land außerhalb der Europäischen Union aus vornimmt.

Nach Auftragsbestätigung erfolgt die Lieferung:

• an alle übrigen Lieferadressaten (non EU) innerhalb von 4–30 Werktagen (ausgenommen die Bearbeitungszeiten wegen Zoll und Import).

Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten stellen lediglich vom Lieferanten zur Verfügung gestellte ungefähre Richtwerte und keine verbindlichen Liefertermine dar. Wir liefern nicht an Packstationen.

 

C. Benachrichtigung und Partner

• Nach Versendung der Bestellung bekommst du eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail zugeschickt.

• Der Versand der von dir bestellten Ware wird durch GLS oder die Österreichische Post (Griechenland oder Non-EU) vorgenommen. Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt an die von dir angegebene Lieferadresse.
• Fourpegsbmx ist nicht verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit der von Ihnen angegebenen Adresse. Wenn die Lieferung der Sendung nicht erfolgreich ist, weil Sie nicht die richtige Adresse angegeben haben, werden die Kosten für den erneuten Versand Ihrer Bestellung nicht von Fourpegsbmx übernommen.

 

D. Infos zur Abholung in Wien:
Wir bitten um Kenntnisnahme und Verständnis, dass Fourpegsbmx ein Unternehmen ist, das sich zu 100% auf den Versand konzentriert und keine klassischen Öffnungszeiten hat. Bezüglich persönlicher Abholung können wir daher nur beschränkt Termine vereinbaren. Bitte tretet mit uns in Kontakt, wir finden bestimmt eine Möglichkeit! Ohne vorherige Terminvereinbarung besteht keine Möglichkeit für eine Abholung (die Ware muss vorbereitet werden).

A. Delivery times
Delivery times are predictable:
Dispatch readiness + Parcel lead time = Delivery time

Readiness for dispatch (visible on the product pages):
in stock - ready for shipment in 1-3 business days
on request - ready for shipment in 3-5 working days
sold out - cannot be delivered at the moment

We do not offer same-day deliveries.

After the order confirmation and successful receipt of payment, your package will be compiled and shipped according to readiness for shipment, except if it is marked differently with the product (eg. On request products in 3-5 working days). We will contact you if there is a delay/change.

The deadline for processing and delivery begins in case of payment by advance Bank Transfer payment on the day after issuing the payment order to the transferring credit Institute, or, when using other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

There is no physical shop here or anywhere else. Fourpegsbmx runs completely online.

4.) Non EU Countries:

For NON-EU Customers (EU Customers are not affected):
Fourpegsbmx will not be responsible for any Import Tax, Duty or Costs incurred for the item to arrive in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means Fourpegsbmx is not liable for any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please check with your local authority on what charges you may incur.

Please plan with these costs when you order. Fourpegsbmx will declare the full order value on the box, no exceptions. 

In the case that you abandon your order and this has to be transported back to Fourpegsbmx, all additional charges (shipping costs, etc.) will be deducted from the amount which you paid for your order.

** shipping to Northern Irland is possible like before Brexit, no restrictions, no minimum orders. Please contact via email to place an order and the order will be handled manually for you. The order will be delivered by GLS and not the Austrian Post.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which the seller is not responsible for and which are to be borne by the customer. This includes, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may arise in relation to the transfer of funds even if the delivery is not made to a country outside the EU, the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

After order confirmation the delivery takes place:

• to all other delivery addressees (non EU) within 4-30 days working days (excluding processing times due to customs and Import).

C. Notification and partners

• After sending out your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

• The goods ordered by you will be shipped by GLS or the Austrian Post (Greece or non-EU). The delivery of the goods takes place at the delivery address specified by you.
• Fourpegsbmx is not responsible for the correctness of the address given by you. If the delivery of the shipment is not successful, because you did not give the right address, the costs of re-sending your order will not be covered by Fourpegsbmx.

D. Information for collection in Vienna:
Please note and understand that Fourpegsbmx is a company that is 100% focused on shipping and does not have classic opening hours. With regard to personal collection, we can therefore only make limited appointments. Please contact us, we will definitely find a way! Without an appointment it is not possible to pickup an order, because it has to be prepared in advance.
