One cone that presses down on the driver and keeps it in place. It needs an other counter flat cone (you see when you check your hub, that there are 2 cones on each side, on the driver side there is this cone for the driver and an other flat cone to counter this). Alternatively you can take two of these cones and counter them with each other.
