The bar is new but has some paint marks on it due to storage, since it is an older stock. Nothing wrong with it, but that is why it costs a bit less than the other Dismember bars. I suggest you order it if you want to ride with it and not just look at it :)
The color is dark grey, a bit blue-ish as well. Really unique.
