How many employees do you have?
One - myself. Fourpegsbmx is a one person operation, which means that you talk to me (Attila) and then I will pack your order and take care of it. This means a really personal touch but also I can´t do everything super fast. I do around 90% of the work and fortunately I have friends who help me with some stuff what I can´t do personally, like wheel lacing.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days (weekends not included). Since Fourpegsbmx is a one-man-show, the preparation of the order can require some time to be ready. I (the owner) aim to send out all orders as soon as it is possible.
How long does it take to get my order?
It really depends on where you live, how many boxes have to be dispatched on that day and many other factors. I ship with DPD within the EU and Austrian Post for international shipments (and Spain or Greece) and their indicated delivery time can be found HERE.
My country is not on your list, can you still ship to my place?
Most probably yes, please just write and email and I will look into it for you.
Can I get sponsored by you?
It´s super nice that you ask and I feel really honored.
You can send an application to the shop´s email address and I will check it.
But I would like to tell you in advance that the team is already pretty big and contains so many amazing riders that the bar is really high.
Why don´t you have more parts and more brands in your shop?
I have literally one policy in this: I only sell parts which I would also personally ride. Nothing else, no garbage, no low quality things. Only parts where I can be sure that they will make a rider happy.
On the other hand, I don´t have the chance to buy everything I want to for the shop. Fourpegsbmx has a really limited budget so I have to do more with less.
If you need something but you can´t find it in the shop, please send an email and I will order it.
Can you send me stickers?
There are stickers included with every order! You will receive a sticker pack, everytime you order something!
I have a problem with my order, what can I do?
Please send me an email and let´s fix the issue.
I have a product that has lifetime guarantee / warranty and its broken, what can I do?
First we need to clarify, if the product still has the warranty period or not. Please send me your invoice and photos about the product so we can see, what can be done. More info you can find HERE.
